How many upset will there be in the AFC conference championship, NFC conference championship, and the Super Bowl?

A win will count as an upset if a team with a lower seed beats a team with a higher seed. If two teams facing each other have the same seed number, then the team with the higher percentage of victory on the ESPN matchup predictor will be deemed the favorite and an upset will count if the team that is not the favorite wins.
