Massachusetts Bill H.54, titled "An Act to build resilient infrastructure to generate higher-ed transformation," and also known as the BRIGHT Act, would provide $2.5 billion in funding for capital improvements for public institutions over the next decade.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Massachusetts Bill H.54 is enacted into law during the 194th General Court. The bill, or a bill with the same purpose but different numbering, must pass both the Massachusetts House of Representatives and the Senate and be signed by the Governor or otherwise become law. If the bill does not become law by the end of the 194th General Court, the market will resolve to "No."
