Will Kanye release a solo album this year, or will “Bully” be released later (or never)?

If Kanye releases a solo album this year, I will resolve YES. If not, then NO. Album does not have to be named “Bully” in order for me to resolve YES, so any 2024 solo release will do. A Vultures or other collab album will not count; it must be released as a solo album. I will not bet in this market.
