Criteria for Resolution:

1. Reproducible Experimental Evidence: The resolution requires reproducible experimental evidence confirming the existence of a fundamental physical force beyond the known forces of gravity, electromagnetism, weak nuclear force, and strong nuclear force. Experimental results must be independently replicated by multiple (at least 3) research groups and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

2. Recognition and Acceptance: The findings must be broadly accepted by the scientific community as valid and conclusive evidence of a new fundamental force. An example of the evidence in favor of such acceptance is the discovery being acknowledged by leading physics organizations or institutions, such as the American Physical Society (APS) or the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).
