Resolution Protocols for Prediction Contract

Resolution Criteria:

1. Source Selection: The resolution of the contract will be based on the reported secondary market volume from Tap (usetap.com) which averages and normalizes data from Jefferies, Evercore, and Lazard.

2. Data Verification: Each source's reported volume must be publicly available or provided through an official report by the end of Q1 2025 to be considered valid.

3. Handling Discrepancies: In case of significant discrepancies or anomalies in reported volumes among the sources, an additional verification step will be undertaken. This may involve direct confirmation from the sources or reliance on additional reputable industry reports to corroborate the data.

4. Reporting Period: The volume considered will be for the full calendar year of 2024, from January 1st, 2024, to December 31st, 2024.

5. Conflict Resolution: If any of the selected sources fail to report their volumes by the deadline, the average will be calculated based on the available data. If fewer than two sources provide data, the contract will be voided due to insufficient information.

6. Publication of Results: The final calculated average volume will be published by [date to be determined], allowing for the collection and verification of all sources' data.

7. Adjustments and Corrections: If any source revises their initially reported volume after the resolution has been made, adjustments to the contract resolution will not be made unless the revision is published within 30 days of the original reporting deadline.
