Faced with a trump presidency and/or repubican senate, I think Justice Sonia Sotomayor might suddenly decide she wants to spend more time with her family.
Resolves N/A if the Dems win both the presidency and the Senate. Resolves Yes if they lose one/both and nominate a new SCOTUS justice, whether or not that justice is confirmed. Resolves No if they lose one/both and do not nominate a new SCOTUS Justice between the election and the next government.
