The current 5.0.14 PTR patch (https://news.blizzard.com/en-us/starcraft2/24140120/starcraft-ii-5-0-14-ptr-update) has a number of significant changes to Protoss, most notably replacing battery overcharge with energy recharge. These changes are intended to make Protoss more successful in premier tournaments without making them stronger in ladder play.
Many people think these changes will fail to make Protoss more successful in premier tournaments. One such person (https://www.reddit.com/r/starcraft/comments/1gntak9/serious_offer_ill_bet_up_to_10000_usd_that/) claims they'll stake up to $10,000 USD that this question resolves NO.
