IANAL, but my impression is that perjury indictments are rare because they are hard to prove. I have no doubt that Trump will lie under oath, but a prosecution for perjury seems unlikely. (I’m slightly nervous about this stance, because he lies so much, so I’m hoping to influence the market downwards so I can sell out early just in case.)
