Wait do you mean "reach 1000 total" or only the ones with approval dates in 2024?

Because "during" makes me think the latter, but the former seems like a much more interesting/likely question to have...

And the "be cleared" language, though now I see the ambiguity/different-usage, had me betting like "yes that level of 1000 [total] will be cleared this year, during 2024"
