The NRC has accepted the construction permit application, they have cleared the first hurdle. The review took around half the time of the NRCs internal target of 60 days, so that was also positive.
It isn't clear sailing yet, near the end of the acceptance letter the NRC says:
"Several topics continue to require additional clarity or information and will likely require an increased focus by USO and the NRC staff to ensure a timely completion of the review. The NRC staff will also take these issues into consideration when developing the review schedule."
