atm its possible, and the only super confident claim, but that's probably just because it perfectly benefits his agenda, or he actually is convinced its Iran because of the intel he said he has about potential future Iranian terrorist attacks at the Olympics, or both, but definitely could still be Russia or just domestic terrorists.
