Resolution criteria:
This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by December 31, 2025, Manifold Markets allows users to place bets using real money, where both deposits and withdrawals are conducted in fiat currency. The market will resolve to "No" if, by that date, Manifold Markets does not offer such functionality.
