Resolves YES if a Republican wins Delaware in a presidential election before 2050 (in one of the 2024, 2028, 2032, 2036, 2040, 2044, or 2048 elections). Resolves NO if they lose all of them.

If another party displaces the Republicans and they win, I'll still resolve this as NO.

The 2016 election proved the Democrats’ blue wall is not permanent. I don’t think Republicans will win Delaware anytime soon. But if party demographics and platforms shift, I think it’s very possible later on.
