Can you please clarify resolution criteria? It's really not obvious what do you mean. From my perspective NO is underpriced now, but it depends heavily on your subjective judgment.
@StepanBakhmarin we should be able to count any project, law or law reversal (if they reverse the change in the amount of sulfur in marine fuel, for example) that starts this year which goal is to change or revert the climate at a continental level or bigger.
The definition is quite broad, but even so, I don't think the zeitgeist has changed enough or at all to justify or allow large scale Geoengineering.
@FlorinSays Hm, ok, why doesn't Paris Agreement count then?
@StepanBakhmarin the Paris Agreement is to reduce emissions, which doen't seem to be doing shit at the moment. And it's missing the engineering part...
I believe what we're looking for is for new ambitious projects that could plausibly and effectively stop and/or decrease the causes and effects of global warming at continental level until policies like the Paris Agreement can take effect or permanently.
@a2bb good question. I'd say anything that's intended to change or revert the climate on a continental scale or larger.
@a2bb no. work needs to start also. we already have intent, but it's extremely limited.
