As far as I am aware, the only social media platform that intentionally influenced the elections is Twitter: it specifically chose right-wing tweets to show to people and suppressed left-wing tweets. Unfortunately this will obviously not be called out by a government that is replacing everyone with right-wing loyalists. So, the answer is likely NO.
