Resolves to YES if a country or other agent attempts to deflect or otherwise alter the trajectory of an asteroid or other planetary body (with a diameter greater than 20 m) with the goal of harming an adversary.
An "attempt" will be defined as launching a spacecraft with the intent of altering the trajectory of an asteroid towards some adversary. The deflection or spacecraft launch does not need to be successful for a YES resolution. If the country does not explicitly state their intentions, a consensus of reputable sources (e.g., intelligence agencies) will be used for resolution.
