Yes if telepathy becomes provable, repeatable, and explainable by a legitimate understanding of what related disciplines of science there may be, especially through biology or neurology.
No if telepathy doesnt exist, and/or could not be proveable without using some kind of technological work around, like wifi, the internet, or electrode pads. Or will be proven, but after 2030.
There is a bounty for this sort of thing. It is not only for telepathy, but if you can scientifically support you have paranormal abilities under scientific test conditions, there is a $500,000 payout.
No if telepathy will never exist
That's a difficult thing to prove. How interested are you (the resolver) in studying the limits of the evolution of communication systems in social primates? Are you really interested enough to evaluate an argument that telepathy absolutely could not exist?
If you're not, can you imagine delegating the judgement to someone else?
