If there is a Universal Coronavirus Vaccine available to the general public by midnight of January 1st, 2030, either via Emergency Use Authorization or otherwise, this market will resolve to YES. If it is restricted to certain groups of people and not available to the full population, that will still be sufficient to resolve this market to yes. A vaccine in clinical trials or testing or development will not be sufficient to resolve this market to yes, only release to the public in the United States. If the vaccine is later removed from the market, this will still resolve yes.
