The bill, if passed, would add "criminal penalties of up to 10 years in prison for production, distribution, or possession" of all pornography in general, and 10-30 year penalties for "organized pornography trafficking." To try and make it more likely to pass, he has tacked it onto a bill to increase child pornography penalties.

That's great. So if it doesn't pass, no matter what the opposing people say, the republicans will shout and yell and whine that "the dems are protecting child predators." What terribleness this is in a nation that prides itself on democracy through civilized debate.
