Resolution Criteria:
The market will resolve as "Yes" if:
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) formally charges Donald Trump with stock manipulation or related securities fraud specifically involving Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) or its stock (DJT) before or on December 31, 2025.
The market will resolve as "No" if:
The SEC does not file such charges against Donald Trump by December 31, 2025.
The market will resolve as "Invalid" if:
The SEC initiates an investigation into Trump's involvement with DJT stock but does not conclude it by the resolution date.
Trump Media & Technology Group ceases to exist as a public company before the resolution date.

Closing Date:
This market will close for trading on December 31, 2025, or when the SEC formally files charges meeting the criteria, whichever comes first.Additional Notes:

Other SEC charges against Trump not related to TMTG/DJT do not qualify for a "Yes" resolution
The outcome of any potential charges is not relevant to this market's resolution
