Resolves yes if President Joe Biden says some variantion of “Don’t change horses midstream” by July 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m. The market will resolve no sooner than 12 p.m. the following day. Anything before July 8, 2024 and after July 31, 2024, will not count. All times are Eastern US time zone.
