Cold-eeze looks to be a zinc gluconate thing. The couple sources I've read suggest acetate is preferrable https://www.lifeextension.com/magazine/2014/12/snails-pace though gluconate may still be effective.
@egroj If “as soon as symptoms start,” yes, that’s my current understanding too. But not as pre-symptom prophylactics.
@egroj Yeah I currently think it’s worth taking in that case though it’s not practically significant because I usually don’t know about exposure.
