Resolves N/A if Direct is canceled (delays OK)

To count as an "announcement", must include substantial new information. For example, a new Mario Kart game being officially announced beforehand, with this being repeated at the Direct, would not count. However, if more details about the game were announced at the Direct, this would count even if it were announced beforehand.
