Resolves "Yes" if there is credible reporting, or legal documents, showing that C.C. Wei (CEO of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) has been criminally charged with any felony crime.

Resolves "No" if this does not happen by Jan 1st, 2030. Part of a large question series.

Question is global -- charges in any country count.

Charges count even if they do not lead to a conviction, were settled before a conviction, or if he was found not guilty.

Minor misdemeanors do not count, only more serious (i.e. "felony") charges.

Lag resulted in 2 duplicate markets for Andrew Witty, and 1 duplicate for C.C. Wei, though the price curves appear identical/shared. I've sent a bug report in Discord to get that fixed.

@Jotto999 They've given different URLs to the different markets, and I resolved the other duplicates as N/A, keeping this one.

Shorted on creation to set the price closer to a more realistic base rate.
