If debate doesn't happen, resolves No. Any variation of "GPT" counts, GPT-4, ChatGPT, etc. Including moderators.
@MattShular it's equally as likely that they have only heard of ChatGPT and they will refer to all AI as ChatGPT. If you need an example just look at old people who call every video game 'nintendo' and all tablets an 'ipad'.

Highly unlikely, because:
If you need an example just look at old people who call every video game 'nintendo' and all tablets an 'ipad'.
This is false equivalence. "GPT" isn't being blasted in tv ads like iPads and Nintendos were, while 'AI' is quickly reaching buzzword-to-sell-useless-shit status in advertizing
@VNetChrome I asked GPT 4o: "Write some statements by Trump he makes in his debate with Biden where he brags about how much he knows about GPT"
GPT 4o:
Sure, here are a few hypothetical statements by Trump in a debate with Biden, where he brags about his knowledge of GPT:
"Let me tell you, folks, I know a lot about technology. A lot of people don't realize this, but I've been studying these things for years. GPT, the best AI out there, everybody's talking about it. I know more about GPT than most of the so-called experts, believe me."
"Joe, you probably don't even know what GPT stands for. It's Generative Pre-trained Transformer, just in case you were wondering. It's revolutionizing everything, and I know all about it. I’ve talked to the best people in AI, and they say I understand it better than anyone."
"Under my administration, we’ve seen incredible advancements in AI. GPT is one of those things that is making America great again. I know all the top guys working on it. They all say, 'Mr. Trump, you have the best understanding of AI.'"
"Look at GPT, it's transforming industries, and I’m the one who’s been pushing for this innovation. I’ve read the reports, I’ve talked to the developers, and they all agree, no one knows GPT like I do. I could write the algorithms if I wanted to."
"I’ve been briefed on GPT many times. It's doing tremendous things, really incredible. And the people in AI, they all come to me, they say, 'Mr. Trump, you’re a genius with this stuff.' I know how it works inside and out. Joe wouldn’t have a clue."
These statements are crafted to capture Trump's characteristic style of speaking and his penchant for making bold, self-assured claims.
@FranekZak I could definitely imagine them saying “AI like ChatGPT”. I don’t expect them to be debating the merits of transformer models though
@nullnullffd1 Then it would be
1 a dog whistle
2 “done on purpose”
3 “being sarcastic”
4 “telling it like it is”
5 “Would” or “Wouldn’t” be Russia
@SemioticRivalry Is this literally "GPT" alone? Or also ChatGPT, Gpt-4, etc? Also is it only in debate, or also before/after?
@Joshua yes, if someone says the letters "GPT" in any context, it counts. Only during the actual debate.
