3 answers will resolve yes, the rest will resolve no (unless multiple teams not listed are relegated then it may resolve to less than 3 answers).
The 3 answers that resolve yes will be the 3 teams who end in 18th, 19th, and 20th after all matches are played and all deductions applied.
If it turns out only 2 teams are getting relegated (eg. Man city gets kicked out of the premier league so only 19th and 20th get relegated), it will still resolve to the bottom 3 teams of the table.
