Will someone be able to visit the Moon and go to an established business that serves alcohol? Bar must be open with a regular schedule and not a "pop up" bar.
This resolves "YES" if a bar is established on the Moon any time before the closing date and resolves "NO" otherwise.
Does “Visit and go to” imply that it has to be a separate facility from the place of accommodation?
What if the drink is included in the travel package? Implying that they’re not going to a bar but rather, the colony has some kind of lounge.
Does any bar work? Or would the bar of a restaurant be considered valid?
Does the bar need to have a bartender?
@costlySignal I think it'd have to be a place where one could walk up during hours of operation and be served an alcoholic beverage without having to plan it out too far in advanced, it can be built into a moon base and serve another utility. Bar of a restaurant would be valid if its a regular part of the establishment's functions.

I was surprised at how many bars are in Antarctica, which somewhat analogous to what the first lunar colony may be like.
