After Pokemon Day 2024 and the announcement of Pokemon Legends: Z-A, slated to release in 2025, there has still been no Pokemon game announced for 2024. If no main series game releases this year, it would mark the first time since 2014 that a year has gone without the release of either a new main series game or DLC for a main series game.

This market will resolve YES if/when any new game officially considered main series is announced with a release date in 2024. This would include a remake, Let's Go, or Legends game, as well as any other game officially considered main series. This would not include any spin-off game, such as a new Mystery Dungeon game, nor would it include any additional DLC for Scarlet and Violet. Any classic games added to Nintendo Switch Online will also not count. It will resolve NO if no new main series game for 2024 has been announced by December 1st, 2024.

I will bet on this market, though upon hearing any news confirming the release of a main series game for 2024, I will immediately resolve YES without trading on it any further.
