YES

Justin Trudeau is the leader of the Liberal Party and won a majority of seats in the House of Commons in the 2015 federal election with 39% of the vote, becoming Prime Minister of Canada. Trudeau lost his majority in the 2019 election with 33% of the vote and remained Prime Minister of a minority government in the 2021 election with 32% of the vote.

Will Trudeau stop being Prime Minister by the conclusion of the next federal election, whether by losing the election, or by death, resignation, ousting by his own party, or ousting by a coalition of other parties before the election?

@cash the question is a little ambiguous. "Stop being" means a break in the continuity of his premiership, which in this case has happened, meaning he has stopped being the prime minister. This stoppage of being the prime minister occurred by the conclusion of the next federal election, meaning this resolves Yes. However, because of the addition of "conclusion" in the title, despite it not actually changing the logic of the question, adds the implication that you want to wait for the election to finish to resolve, overriding the word "by" with "at". So, which interpretation are you using? It'd be nice to resolve this now, got a lot of mana in here

@PeterNjeim Thanks for the bump. Yep Justin Trudeau has stopped being Canada's PM. This resolves YES.

He has announced his resignation but has not yet stopped being PM. Seems very likely to resolve YES though.
