Market will be resolved YES if there is a notice on the EACOP website or any credible media source that the pipeline is in operation.

If the project is completed by a different (set of) company/ies it will count as a YES.

Quantities of oil transported do not count, immediate needs for repair and related temporary discontinuation of operations at the start (for whatever reason) do not count. If the company declares it open, I will resolve it as a YES.

Market will not be resolved early if at one point there is a public statement from any relevant party that the construction will be discontinued, since this can be reversed.
