@ian Interesting, that certainly makes it out as safer than what I've read in the past. From memory, I don't think there's been studies showing that it increases lifespan on humans yet (only on mice), and at least at some dosages it's a pretty serious drug (used as an immunosuppressant). So at the time at least, I thought that the risks outweighed the potential upsides.
