Resolves to the closest answer that was created before this information became public.

If an answer is created that could fall under the umbrella of a previous answer, and the previous/umbrella one turns out to be correct, this will resolve to the previous one, not the new more specific one.

Will resolve as soon as there's a credible announcement that can resolve this market. Therefore, it's possible that the book will be announced to be about X, this resolves to X, and it ends up being about Y. Or never comes out at all. In these cases the resolution to X will not change.
