This is different than a "recession" (two consecutive quarters of negative growth).
Resolves YES if Destatis shows more than 0% GDP growth.
Resolves NO if Destatus shows 0% or less GDP growth. I'm not sure how they round, so +0,049% could result in NO if they publish it as "0,0%".
