Betting a bit on yes, since they just need to ban it, not enforce it. Ban computers, take them away from your political rivals & lock them in jail for having them. Otherwise, don’t enforce the law.

@GarrettBaker if they introduce a law and do not even pretend to enforce globally, might look silly. I think it is more likely they will ban foreign websites (they have an infrastructure being developed for that for more than 4 years).
