@AmmonLam Is the question for the US only? (In most other developed countries the gov already does your tax return for you and the vast majority of people don't have an accountant or specialized software. So the question probably already resolves as yes in these countries.)

while most part is simple to automate, once you let AI to take liberty in recommending what to do things could go wrong easily.
