If the maximum free daily converted mana to charity USD per user decreases by the end of 2024, this question resolves Yes. The current rate is 0.25$ per active user per day.
Example: If by the end of 2024 the 5-day and higher prediction reward is decreased from 25M to 20M, this question resolves Yes.
Similarly, if the exchange rate of mana to USD drops to 200:1, the question resolves Yes.
The boosts and daily market sharing rewards are not counted for simplicity.
