Resolves True if the highest price for 1 Bitcoin I see on https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/ between midnight and 10 AM on 1 January 2025 is below $90000. False if it is greater than or equal to $90000. I intend to use the candle view, take the max of the "high" values, and resolve the market rapidly enough that the view does not matter. However, if it does matter, I may consider other sources and make my best assessment.

In the worst case, I may have to resolve N/A. (For example, if I'm in the hospital for several months and can't get the records after leaving or have a stroke and can no longer handle the math.)
