Market will resolve to YES if according to the the Destatis statistic of completed homes ("Wohnungen insgesamt", https://www.destatis.de/DE/Themen/Branchen-Unternehmen/Bauen/Tabellen/baufertigstellungen.html) there were more than 400.000 new homes built. In 2021 there were 293.393 new homes built.
