I hate shaving, and I would love to be able to get rid of my facial hair entirely. Right now, as far as I'm aware, the only methods to do so are very expensive, time-consuming, and often don't work well anyway, only killing 40-90% of the hair folicles.

If a safe and effective method to remove all hair in a confined area of the body becomes cheap and easy, I'll likely use it. If I change my mind before then and decide to keep my hair folicles, this will still resolve to YES if the technology exists by then. "Cheap and easy" means it's within the realm of feasibility for a lower-middle-class person.
