My guess, tho I did just arrive to the bay so I don't know the subculture, is that standard discretion/confidentiality stuff would make Other a really smart buy in a lot of ways.

But the obvious problem with resolution criteria that needs clarity is "what if it is known verbally to resolver but their policy is to not have the fact written down online", cuz so many people are ok with people speaking about things in meatspace but not with paper trails
