This market will resolve to the individual human with the most popular article who is/was not primarily a politician/royal/athlete/Elon Musk, as those answers are a bit too easy in most cases.
In November this was Matthew Perry, followed by Taylor Swift.

@JoelMcGuire yeah I definitely read it, knew she was ultra popular and then made the answer off the title
@Joshua I think it could could be more interesting to have a "last 10 winners list plus some all stars" be excluded rather than making it based off categories in the future.
I'm concerned that categories are going to get blurry i.e. is Ronald Reagan an actor or a politician.
So something like this:
