@MP could you further explain this passage of the resolution criteria? If just media coverage on a crime accusation is enough, it could be argued that this market can be resolved for Delgatti Neto after his testimony to the Congress yesterday.
If however some sort of proof or validation by police or the judicial system is needed (like in the Mensalão case mentioned by you), this wouldn't be enough - and in fact current circumstances would point to Mauro Cid as the most probable whistle-blower capable of presenting significant evidence of crimes.
