Will resolve yes if: Someone is charged with any crimes in any role but only in relation to Tupacs murder. This includes murder charges, conspiracy, charges against accomplices, charges related to a coverup, etc.
Will resolve no if: No charges are filed at all. Charges filed are unrelated to the murder, even if those charges stem from the investigation into the murder.
Resolved to YES
Reuters says a grand jury has indeed indicted: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/police-arrest-suspect-1996-shooting-us-rapper-tupac-shakur-ap-2023-09-29/
An arrest seems like an indictment has either happened or is extremely likely:

@EvanDaniel Agreed, I haven't seen the indictment yet, but assuming it is published today and the charges are related to Tupac's case than this would resolve to YES.
"Duane “Keffe D” Davis was taken into custody early Friday morning, on suspicion of murder, according to two officials with first-hand knowledge of the arrest. They were not authorized to speak publicly ahead of an expected indictment later Friday."
@flawn Yes, I wanted to keep it more objective than “Tupac murder solved” or something like that. But IMO I doubt they’d be executing warrants on a cold case just to pin an allegation on a dead man with no other charges filed.
