It closed Thursday at $46.55 but traded up to $65 after hours.

As best I can count, he actually has to hit between 74-75$ for the portfolio to get to 1 billion.
At 70 price

Stock: 5,000,000 * 70 = 350,000,000 dollars value

Options: 12,000,000 * (70-20 )= 600,000,000
Or 50 million off the billion.
