Dec 21st: Extending market close due to streamer internet

-Extends across episodes if Scoria has not died by the end of a single episode.

-If Scoria continues battling in any concieveable form (undead, living, etc) the deaths count

-Scoria doesn't need to land the killing blow. Minions or traps or lair actions count as a death. However, window of death starts with engaging Scoria directly.

-Temporary death counts (revivify, or res does not invalidate resolution of market)
