Based on https://www.270towin.com/ 's current "2024 Consensus" map, there are six tossup states: Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia. The first three of those are sometimes referred to as part of the "Rust Belt" with the latter three being part of the "Sun Belt".
This market resolves YES if the weighted average of the Democratic nominee's vote share in the three Rust Belt tossups is larger than that in the three Sun Belt tossups. They will be weighted by the number of electoral votes from each state.
