@SteveSokolowski Arguably he got outshined by muskyboi lol

@Quillist can this resolve NO?

Did he say something about AI?

bought Ṁ250 NO

@MalachiteEagle idk but uh wanna buy yes against me? lol

@Emanuele1000 "this new directive instructs the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Director of National Intelligence to submit a report within 60 days identifying countries whose vetting and screening processes are deemed too deficient"

Seems it will not be fully reinstated until March or April

@SaviorofPlant ironically the major terrorist attack of the week was by a Moroccan with a US green card.

@Marnix It seems to me that the j6er pardon issues a pardon to every j6er not named as a recipient of a commutation. I don't think that should count towards "named people," explicitly due to the language of it.

@Marnix yeah, for this, I am considering only five different people named on five different pardon warrants

@AaronSimansky I'd personally be fine with 5 different named people on less than five pardon warrants (since there's a non-zero chance unrelated pardons get bundled together), but a group pardon like that one, definitely not

@VNetChrome How does this resolve?

@SahilDeshmukh I ve listed (in comment section) the plethora of facts directly proofing LIES (just on inauguration speech) AND Inauguration GRIFTS (meme COINS, private Trump Vance Inauguration Committee hauls, Trump National Golf Inauguration event, Gold Edition Inauguration Day Bible Licensing fees…)

In light of direct parallels to 2017 Inauguration Fund Fraud cases where there was an admission of guilty via Settlements (eg Fraudulent Trump Hotel charges to Inauguration Fund) plus the additional Licensing Fees, meme coins (gray area)… I don’t see how these can be overlooked and resolved to anything but Yes

Including and not limited to “Day 1”

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trumps-new-crypto-coin-sparks-ethics-concerns-2025-01-20/

Past 8 yrs AND Ongoing/Accelerating

https://www.opensecrets.org/trump/trump-properties

@VNetChrome how do you objectively resolve it? What is the resolution criteria?

@SahilDeshmukh were there LIES (statements not supported by FACTS or contrarian to established FACTS)

Were there proven direct monetary gains beyond, but as a result, of the Presidency?

BOTH of the above within Day 1

Supported by reputable, non-partisan media reporting

All references listed above r not subjective to me. The legal Settlements (admission of guilt) from 2017 Inauguration Grifts were not subjective and took 3 years. We have parallel Inauguration activities performed (and then some) 8 yrs later (ie Trump Hotel vs Trump National Golf + personal benefiting licensing agreement directly pertaining to the act of Inauguration + PERSONAL BENEFITING meme coins coupled with Day 1 SEC order of “crypto task force”, coincidence?)

bought Ṁ50 NO

@Quillist Much in the same vain as he did not unban TikTok, he did not terminate any projects. Is this a fair assessment?

@GazDownright I don't think it is a fair assessment. You can always be needlessly specific with the criteria: would this only resolve YES if he personally ran out to an offshore wind farm and tore down the turbines himself? Absurd.

He signed an executive order with the explicit intention of terminating offshore wind projects! This obviously qualifies as YES imo @Quillist

@benshindel and in case it isn't obvious: the start of Jan 21st is indeed within 24 hours of him taking office!

@benshindel What's clear is that this is a temporary pause, for now. A temporary stop for review means commercial actors will need to hold off for a while. Haven’t you worked at companies where a project you’re involved in gets paused, only to resume later? I have. Pausing something doesn't equal terminating it.

In 2021, the Biden administration temporarily paused new oil and gas leases on federal lands for environmental review, but later resumed them after legal challenges.

bought Ṁ400 YES

On Truth Social, 12:28 AM ET.

Just noticed that this also happens to satisfy the ALL CAPS condition as well.

sold Ṁ8 NO

@Calibrate It also counts as a lie, because he claims that his first day is "not over yet" well after midnight

@TiredCliche Ha! That last one is a real strawclutcher, my friend. However, he did lie when he said 30,000 Americans died making the Panama Canal. The numbers are closer to 6,000, and it was predominantly Caribbean migrant workers. See the Guardian's fact-checking for more lies.
