Just to clarify: There is no formal No-confidence procedure in the treaty, but they could:
- Pass a resolution saying they have lost confidence in the Commission
- Pass a censure motion, which requires a 2/3 majority,
- Vote on a censure motion, with 50%+ in favour (essentially the same a no confidence motion imho), but not the required 2/3 majority to be binding.
