How does this market resolve if by the closing time they both got out of Romania without the permission of the legal system there (at some point) and they also go to jail (in any location, I presume, given the description does not say)?

Sounds like they have been detained again to prevent this market from resolving YES. Clearly the british authorities have a NO bettor in their ranks
