For "officially licensed physical pinball machine" to resolve YES, it needs to be a purchasable product, and not a promotional device situated in the lobby of the premiere of a new Pokemon movie or something like that.
Releasing the ROMs on Nintendo Switch Online or something like that doesn't count as a remake.
If there's a game like F-Zero 99 is to the SNES F-Zero but for the gameboy version of Pokemon Pinball then I would say that that's a form of remake, but also a new game, so both the non-remake and remake would resolve YES.
It has to have flippers, not something that is called pinball but isn't actually pinball like the pinball game for the Pokemon Mini.
